Why is this different from other classes/groups
- A Closed Enrollment Women only group in a safe, “No Comparison” atmosphere (Once it starts, no new attendees)
- Your trainers are in process, they've walked in your shoes and want to fight for your health alongside you so you can experience break through.

I want all women to experience this break through.” - Jen Seurkamp - Daily contact from your trainer/coach with encouragement, recipe, off day exercise suggestions, ability to contact the trainers and group throughout the five week period to celebrate, ask for help and recieve encouragement. Encouraging your spirit throughout the process.
- Community - You will be doing this with a trainer and a small group of women who all want to grow and be sharpened in their health. There is power in numbers, we can support, encourage, and offer truth to help spur one another on.
- The ability to measure progress - We will do basic body measurements and capacity tests at the beginning and end to give the ability to see progress.

- 55 Minute workouts that will focus on cardio vascular strength, core strength, muscle toning, and calorie burning
